Third-Party Maintenance (TPM) is an alternative option for hardware support and service, provided by a company that operates independently from the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM). TPM is particularly beneficial for EoLS (End of Life Service), when your hardware reaches its EOSL stage and it becomes necessary to explore alternative IT support solutions to keep your systems running smoothly.

We support companies with maintenance across their entire IT infrastructure and offer full maintenance services, including both hardware support and technician assistance. Additionally, we provide spare-parts-only support, which can be delivered either onsite or directly from the Kosmos warehouse.

Our expertise covers systems from various manufacturers across multiple platforms, ensuring that our customers’ daily operations run efficiently—whether it involves servers, networking equipment, or access points.

We also maintain a strong two-way collaboration with a global service provider, enabling us to offer worldwide maintenance and technical assistance. In Scandinavia, service calls are typically handled by Kosmos technicians. However, as part of a global operation, we have access to technicians all over the world. We always ensure that the technician closest to the incident site is dispatched, securing that repairs are completed within the agreed SLA.
